The basements of department stores in Tokyo are massive food halls, with everything from pastries and desserts,
fresh meat and produce, sushi and bento boxes, cooked foods, teas, wines, rice cakes, packaged delicacies, and more.
I had a blast sampling random food I didn't know the name of, or just roaming the giant maze of impeccably organized,
stacked, and beautifully displayed food around me.
