Segovia

AP Exams I took two AP tests last week: Government - Easier then I thought it'd be. This is my weakest class, but I actually knew the essay responses. BC Calc - Holy shit. Wtf was up with the free response? I thought I'd have trouble on the multiple choice and blow right through the free-response because that's generally what happened during the past two weeks of review. It flip-flopped. The free-response questions were ridiculously hard. Agh! Segovia Lots of low angle architecture photos in this post. Can't help myself - the buildings there are just so tall and statuesque. Barcelona - Gaudi

Barcelona is famous for its buildings designed by Gaudi. He has a highly individualistic style and some rather bizarre creations scattered throughout the city. It can be quite expensive and time consuming to go to them all, so visited a select few: La Sagrada Familia, Park Guell, La Pedrera, and Casa Batllo (from the outside). La Sagrada Familia This is my favorite cathedral that I've ever been to. Just look at those awe-inspiring cavernous ceilings! I'm not sure why most pictures show the other, old-fashioned side of the building, because this side is much prettier. It's such a modern building with an abundance of natural lighting, unlike most other cathedrals where I feel as as if I've walked into well-decorated dungeon. Doesn't this look like it's from a sci-fi movie? Not to mention all the cool statues at the entrance, all cut in a contemporary fashion. Jewish Wedding

Been lacking in posts because I've been busy wrapping up my third year of medical school. Just one week off before I'm back to the grind. But in that one week I will edit photos galore and post photos that I never got around to editing or blogging. The photos below being a perfect example, since they are from a Jewish wedding I attended back in 2011, edited about 1 year ago, and am only now just sharing on my blog. At any rate, more photos to come before I slave away for 4th year!
