And you thought I was done with Spain? Ha! Not only do I have these Valencia photos to display, but all my Barcelona photos which have yet to be sorted through and edited. Now that I'm back in the swing of things (exams, studying, MCATs, and more studying...), photo editing and blogging has been on the back burner. However, I've forced myself to at least work through the Valencia folder and post something.
Valencia was a fun and beachy trip. Palm trees and cute boys abounded. It was here where I first I savored churros with chocolate (a snack I miss dearly from Spain) and stayed out until 6am dancing in a discoteca. More in the photo captions.

¡Churros con chocolate! This was taken at Valor, a chain of chocolaterías in Spain.
The churros there were awesomely large.
Hot chocolate in Spain is a culinary orgasm waiting to happen.
It's basically a melted chocolate bar mixed with cream and served in a mug.
It's strong, rich and sweet - perfect for a chocolate lover like me.
I'd like to replicate this photo as a self-portrait, with me on the other side.
