Montreal - Food; 5 Favorite Olympic Moments

My 5 Favorite Olympic Moments

The Olympics this year have been pretty sweet - probably my favorite so far. But that might have something to do with the fact that this is the first year I'm actually old enough to appreciate them. My Top 5 Olympic Moments (besides the extraordinary opening and closing ceremonies):

  1. Nastia Liukin wins gold in Women's All-Around Gymnastics
You show those underage Chinese bitches who the real champ is Nastia!
  2. Shawn Johnson wins gold in Women's Gymnastics Balance Beam
          Yay! She's so CUTE!
  3. Michael Phelps wins his 7th and 8th Olympic gold medals
Don't you just love Michael Phelps and his half-fish body?
  4. Usain Bolt's victory celebration halfway through the 100m sprint
Disrespectful my ass, everyone's just jealous cause some nobody POWNED everyone else
and beat a world record without even trying. That's just KICK-ASS AWESOMENESS!
  5. Matt Mitcham deprives China of 8th diving gold medal after Zhou Luxin was thought to "have it in the bag"

Montreal - Food

I went on a senior trip with three other friends to Montreal, Canada. It was a pretty nice city even though our hotel seemed to be near a lot of creepy hobos. But an awesome trip nonetheless.

First, some adventures with food. Eating food was probably what I most looked forward to on this trip and I certainly was not disappointed. Even breakfast was a scrumptious treat to look forward to (I normally eat cereal or 1.5 pieces of toast). Each morning the hotel delivered croissants (normal/chocolate), baguettes, café, and orange juice for each person. And damn are croissants yummy.

Our first food in Montreal, some delicious wraps
