Fake Crushes....How it Ended
Just in case anyone was wondering how my fake crush on Wei Zhou panned out, I'm proud to say it went extremely well. After a week of flirting and giggling when around not only him, but other members of the male population, he was scared of what was noticeably odd behaviour for me, and maybe even glum at the thought of a psychotic Indian girl chasing after him. My actions did after all, escalate into giving him a giant cookie with the poem "Roses are red/Violets are blue/Just like this cookie/I'm made for you". Upon receiving said cookie, poor Wei simply thanked me with as much enthusiasm as he could muster up.
This prank of mine actually inspired a boy named Sergey to prank me! See comments on my previous post for yet another imaginary infatuation with the popular Wei Zhou. My friend and I figured out that we were being 'punked' after realizing that Sergey and 'Other Person' had strikingly similar, eccentric writing styles.
In any case, the joke is up. Wei does not hold a grudge and I can ask him about what the Stats or Pre-Med homework is without feeling girlishly silly.
